Built Around the Mat
Mats and Equipment: A full mat floor for grappling and heavy bags along the padded wall for striking, so neither side of the sport has to work around the other. Gi, no-gi, MMA, boxing — the equipment for it is here, and it gets maintained.
Kids and Adults, Same Standard: The mat kids learn to fall on is the same mat the adults train on. Nothing about the space gets downgraded when the younger group walks in.
A Room That Stays Serious
Finish You Can See: Padded walls, lettering above the mat, the crest on the floor. The room was finished to the same standard as the coaching that happens inside it, and the photos on this page are the room as it actually looks.
Small Groups by Design: The mat does not get oversold. Fewer people in a class means the coach sees what your hips are doing and says something about it before the habit sets in.
Prime Location & Easy Access
On Dixie Highway in Pompano Beach: We are at 425 N Dixie Highway, minutes from the beach and a short drive from Fort Lauderdale, Deerfield Beach, and Lighthouse Point. Same address as Superior Exotics, which is where the standard behind this gym came from.
Parking On Site: Park at the door. No meters, no circling the block before class. Drop your kid off and walk them in, or pull up ten minutes early and get taped.
