Classes

Gi, No-Gi, MMA, boxing, and kids. One mat, one standard, nothing here treated as the side program.

You don’t need to be fit to start. You don’t need experience. You just need to walk through the door.

Superior Fight Lab runs four programs out of one room at 425 N Dixie Highway in Pompano Beach. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is the base everything else stands on. MMA & Striking covers the rest of the game, MMA and Pro Boxing today. Kids BJJ takes children from 5 to 12 and teaches them to fall, get up, and hold their ground. Private is one-on-one, by appointment.

Use the filter below to find the program that’s right for you.

Kids BJJ Gi, Ages 5–12

Where Jiu-Jitsu starts. Technique, posture, and the rituals that teach respect: tying the belt, greeting, waiting your turn. Kids learn to fall safely and hold their ground, at their own pace. No experience needed.

Kids BJJ No-Gi, Ages 5–12

No kimono, more movement. Same technique, different pace, and the variety that keeps a kid engaged. Works as a complement to the Gi group or as a place to start.

Adult BJJ Gi, All Levels

The heart of the program. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in the kimono, the art in its complete form, taught position by position. If you have never trained, start here. If you have been away for a while, come back here.

Adult BJJ No-Gi, All Levels

No kimono, more pace, different grips. The complement every complete game needs, and the natural bridge for anyone looking toward MMA. White belts train alongside colored belts and grow faster because of it.

Open Mat Gi and No-Gi, All Levels

No instruction, no structure, just mat time. Roll, test, ask, repeat. It is where what you learned during the week becomes yours, and it rewards the students who show up extra.

MMA All Levels

The complete sport: striking, takedowns, ground, and the transitions between them. Taught by a professional fighter from the Dagestani circuit, so every technique comes with the context of someone who has needed it for real.

Pro Boxing All Levels

Pure hands. Stance, footwork, distance, and combinations built from the ground up. Whether you are cross-training from the grappling side or coming in fresh, boxing adds a dimension nothing else replaces.

Kids Program

Where Confidence Starts

Jiu-Jitsu is a life lesson disguised as a sport. Kids from 5 to 12 learn to fall, get up, and hold their ground, and they learn it in a room where respect is the condition for training at all.
The mat kids learn on is the same mat the adults train on. Nothing about the space or the standard gets downgraded when the younger group walks in. Families come to us from Pompano Beach, Lighthouse Point, Deerfield Beach, and Fort Lauderdale, and from the first class to the first stripe every kid is treated with care and structure.

What Your Child Gains

Confidence That Doesn’t Turn Into Arrogance: Your kid learns to defend themselves, and finds out that the kid who can defend themselves has nothing to prove to anyone.
Discipline They Choose: A belt, a stripe, a new technique. Progress in Jiu-Jitsu is visible and earned, and nobody has to lecture them about it.

Why Superior Fight Lab

Real Structure, Real Fun: Classes are planned and progressive. Kids are not just moving around, they are learning a martial art with real technique, real feedback, and one hour of training that leaves them tired in the good way.
Small Groups by Design: The mat does not get oversold. The coach knows your kid’s name, sees what they are doing, and corrects it before the habit sets in.

Every class on the mat lives in one grid. Check the schedule to find the day and time that fits your week, and book your first session from there.
